Trial Period and Refund Policy

CredFlow offers a complimentary trial period of seven (7) days to new users, enabling them to evaluate the product at no cost. Post-purchase, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except in circumstances explicitly outlined below.
Refunds may only be granted in cases where:
 (a) product-related issues are identified and acknowledged as originating from CredFlow, or
 (b) refunds are expressly permitted under active marketing schemes as determined by CredFlow.
The decision to approve any refund request shall rest solely and exclusively with CredFlow. If a refund is approved, CredFlow will initiate the refund process, and the amount will be credited to the customer within seven (7) business days.
This policy is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of use, and CredFlow reserves the right to amend or modify the terms at its discretion without prior notice.
